Most people book a house wash thinking about their siding. That makes sense - it's the biggest surface. But curb appeal is made up of a lot of smaller things working together, and when one of them is covered in green algae and grime, it pulls the whole look down.

That's why we like to take care of the extras when we can. A mailbox sitting at the end of the driveway gets hit with the same weather, moisture, and organic buildup as everything else on your property. Ignore it long enough and it goes from white to greenish-gray without you even noticing.

The before shows exactly what that buildup looks like up close - streaky green algae running down the surface, faded flag, the whole thing looking tired. The after is clean, bright white, and the red flag actually pops the way it's supposed to. Same mailbox. Completely different impression.

That's the thing about a thorough house wash - it's not just about the siding. When we're already on-site and we see something that can be cleaned up in a few minutes, we do it. It's about leaving the whole property looking sharp, not just checking a box.

Weather, humidity, and time are hard on everything on the outside of your home. The good news is that most of it cleans up really well with the right approach. If your home is starting to look a little dull or weather-worn, we can help get it back to where it should be.
